From Rome to Bangkok, Pasquale Viscito has spent 13 years refining the art of the bar.

Trained at the Jerry Thomas Academy, Pasquale has led bars across Italy and beyond, earning recognition for his precision, creativity, and deep knowledge of spirits. Until July 2025, he managed Barbershop Speakeasy in Rome, one of the city’s distinguished hidden bars. Now based in Bangkok as a Spirit Specialist for Consultancy, he brings his craft and perspective to Hong Kong for one special evening.
