Relevant promo codes must be entered in during checkout and before payment to apply. Once the gift card purchased, it won’t be possible to apply a promo code.
Once the payment has been confirmed, an email is sent to the recipient with a unique code and link related to the purchase.
For dine-in only: gift cards will only be redeemable for direct bookings:
1. Direct online message or phone call to the outlet
2. Booking widget on the outlet website
3. Walk-ins
The gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any 3rd party discounts, booking platforms or other promotions, including but not limited to:
Open rice bookings or points
Credit card discount offers
Joint venture promotions/offers
To redeem the gift card, either fill in the code during checkout process online or show your link (containing a QR code) to our outlet staff
Card can be used for any internal promotional offers by the LKFE Group
The card will be valid for six (6) months after purchases
The card can be used on multiple purchases throughout the validity period, until the card’s remaining value reached zero (0)
